...predicted Marist over Bolingbrook and almost the exact score of the St. Rita - Mount Carmel game. (I tweeted back to him, "The Brook will meet up with GBN in the finals." Ouch.) Ed Crotty, meanwhile, begged to differ with my call of Homewood-Flossmoor over Naperville Central, "Central over H-F!! Go RedHawks!!" And Wheaton Warrenville South was upended by Downers Grove North. All in all, it was not a good night for my bracket.

Oh, and I was also informed that "You could not have chosen two worse colors for your colorblind readers. I can barely, barely, barely tell them apart." So instead of red and green I'll use brown and blue from now on.

After Friday night's games I'm at -3 and -7 over all. Today it's off to Carol Stream to see Stevenson at Justin Jackson Glenbard North.
