Outrage!

Penn State is allowing Joe Paterno -- who protected a known child rapist -- to retire at the end of the season? You've got to be kidding me! He, president Graham Spanier and assistant coach Mike McQueary should have all been fired first thing Monday morning.

Joe Paterno should have a black mark next to his name wherever it appears. This is much worse than anything Pete Rose did. (Or anyone else, for that matter.) Much, much worse.

If Penn State's opponents have any sense of decency at all they should refuse to play them until Paterno is gone.

"I wish I had done more," Paterno whined.

Joe, you should have done something.

And take his name off that library!
