Los Angeles may be close...
...to building a new stadium in an effort to attract an NFL franchise. The list of possible Relos includes the San Diego Chargers, the Oakland Raiders, the St. Louis Rams, the Minnesota Vikings, the Jacksonville Jaguars, the Buffalo Bills, and the San Francisco 49ers. The most likely candidate is thought to be the Chargers.
