Tim Tebow is back in the news...

...for making a pro-life commercial to be aired during this Sunday's Super Bowl. Some people are up in arms over this, but I figure, heck, it's a recession, CBS needs the money, and besides, if you don't like it then take out your own ad. But that's not what this post is really about. It's about Tim Tebow.

Tebow, in case you don't know, is famous not only for being an outstanding college quarterback, but also for being an Evangelical Christian. I, on the other hand, am most certainly not. I'll be the first to admit that I have no idea what follows this life, if anything other than a long dirt nap.

But what intrigues me about Tebow is his charitable work. I really don't care what motivates him; if he's doing good works in this life than he is to be admired. He seems to do a lot more for his fellow man than most believers or non-believers, certainly including me.
