When I saw the headline...

...in the paper this morning, "Fire Department Resuscitates Cat After Blaze," I thought: How? Did the firefighter use mouth-to-mouth resuscitation on the feline? And then I read (my emphasis):

“He wasn’t breathing when we found him. We resuscitated him and he started breathing again,” Highland Park Fire Chief Pat Tanner said. “We have dog and cat oxygen masks in all of our vehicles.”

Who knew?
