P. S. I often wonder if my grandmother was baptized at Notre Dame. As you can see, it was built in 1887; my grandmother was born in the neighborhood around 1892. Now before you answer, "You could check on that," I know. Maybe some day I'll actually get around to doing that, but in the meantime I just like wondering about it.
