Rather than engage in an honest discussion about gun control, or gun safety (or whatever they're calling it now), conservatives have chosen instead to focus on whether or not President Obama shoots skeet at Camp David. While I'm sure they think they're being clever, it just demonstrates their lack of seriousness about the issue (or any issue).
Until Republicans begin putting forth positive and thoughtful solutions to the nation's problems, instead of personal attacks on the president, I'm afraid the majority of Americans will just not take them seriously. And, as everyone seems to agree, a two-party system requires two parties.
