My corned beef hash...
...was a big success!
First, put a touch of olive oil in a saucepan on low. Then add some diced onion and press a couple of cloves of garlic. After a minute or two, add sliced red potato and finally --wait for it! -- the corned beef. Cover and stir occasionally. Serve with two poached eggs, if desired. Delicious!
(In a perfect world, you would have a little green pepper, but, hey -- like the clip above -- there's a war on.)
