...that I don't understand is the category "People Who Quit Looking for Work." Last month there were 181,000 of these people. Quit looking for work? What does that mean?
"Where are you going, dear?"
"To the beach."
"Aren't you going to look for work today?"
"No. I quit."
"Well...have a nice time."
