Tony Blankley...

...is a conservative columnist who appears regularly on TV. He was born in London in 1948 and immigrated to the United States shortly after World War II. I can't find the exact date, but he was a child actor in Hollywood in the early 1950s. That means he's lived in this country for at least 50 years. So why does he still have a British accent?
