Coincidence! The house...

...at 2104 Kenwood Parkway in Minneapolis that was used for exterior shots to represent Mary Tyler Moore's apartment in her 1970s eponymous show is on the market for a cool $1.7 mil.

I wonder if the Bada Bing! is for sale too.
