Sarah Palin reminds me...

...of someone's little sister who, when teased, reacts just as her older sibling had hoped. And even when her mother or father tells her that she is only being teased for her reaction just can't help reacting (perfectly) over and over and over again. (Remember that whole ridiculous feud with David Letterman, the late night talk show host and stand-up comedian?)
