The Republicans are already talking about...
...repealing the health care bill that hasn't yet passed. Listening to them speak yesterday, it's clear they are terrified. And they're terrified for two reasons. The first one is obvious; they spent the entire last year trying to deny President Obama and the Democrats a legislative victory. That appears to be for naught. Second (and more importantly), the Republicans seem scared that not only will health care pass, but once enacted it will become popular, like Social Security and Medicare. Then they'll have to spend the rest of their lives defending their votes. And that could put the GOP at a disadvantage for decades.
