...and the results are in: the Siena College Research Institute's (SRI) Survey of U.S. Presidents ranks George W. Bush 39th out of 43. That's lower than Nixon (30), Carter (32), and even Hoover (36)!
"Shrub," as the late Molly Ivins called him, ranked 42nd in five categories: Communication Ability, Handling of U. S. Economy, Ability to Compromise, Foreign Policy Accomplishments and Intelligence; 41st in Court Appointments and Executive Appointments; 40th in Overall Ability and Imagination; and 39th in Integrity and Executive Ability. I could go on, but I think you get the idea.
What was Bush's highest ranking? 18th, for Luck.
