...now, American Splendor, is a comic book (or do you say "graphic novel"). Actually, it's a collection of comic books by the quirky writer, Harvey Pekar.
I began reading it after watching the movie of the same name (again) this past weekend. Pekar writes about his drab, everyday existence in Cleveland, Ohio, and it's hard to articulate exactly why his stories are even the least bit interesting. But somehow they are.
