At the risk of getting in trouble...

...with my new neighbors, I noticed that the church down the street has on its website:

We now offer Low Gluten Altar Breads 

(Wheat starch, water, less than 0.01% gluten content)

Prior to mass, please see Carl Wachsmann or Mass Coordinator 

to request a low gluten Communion host.

And my question is, doesn't the priest change the host into the Body of Christ? It's not really "bread" by the time you receive it, is it?

Also, by the way, the wine is changed into the Blood of Christ. So an alcoholic can drink it, right?
