...Medina, Ohio, says, "I think Congress and the Senate need to be completely revamped. The old way of doing things is no longer working."

I think he has an appropriate last name.

I agree with Michael Wish. Also agree the desire is a wish. But then, little the specie does seems more than a wish if survival is a desired outcome.
