Every Jew I know is wrong...

...about bagels in Chicago. They all seem to like New York Bagel & Bialy but I prefer Kaufman's Bagel and Delicatessen on Dempster in Skokie. Call me a hopeless gentile, but I think the bagels at NYB&B are too small and hard. Kaufman's are a little softer on my sensitive Irish palate and the home-made cream cheese is to die for!
