...to make Molly Crabapple my Name of the Day when I thought, is that her real name? So I consulted Wikipedia (where else?) and discovered that she was actually born Jennifer Caban. But,

She never liked her given name so she started using the name Molly Crabapple after a boyfriend suggested it reflected her character.

Gotcha. It's my Name of the Day.
