...Ann are getting criticized (fairly, I think) for a number of cringe-worthy statements they made in an interview this past weekend with Chris Wallace of -- surprise! -- Fox. I don't want to pile on, but I do want to point out Romney's explanation for his 47 percent comment (beginning at about 8:23):
"What I said is not what I believe."
And isn't that the story of Romney's whole campaign, in one sentence? What I said is not what I believe.
Does anyone know -- even today -- what the Republican candidate believes, if anything, about anything? I sure don't.
