...of Texas is expected to announce his candidacy for president this weekend. On Intrade, he's pretty much tied with Mitt Romney for the Republican nomination. I predict, however, that the day Perry announces will be his high-water mark.

Romney should take the GOP nomination with ease. And the general? Right now I'd say it's 50/50.
