Jim Seymour, Notre Dame legend...

...is dead at age 64.

But what caught my attention from his obit was this line from teammate Terry Hanratty:

“I’ve got a son going to Notre Dame this fall, and he’s 6-5 and 300. I tell him he’s bigger than anybody I ever played with in college or the pros.”
