Who's the most powerful man in America?

Okay, after President Obama. If you said Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy (above), you may be right -- at least in terms of health care, which accounts for 17% of GDP.

Yesterday, a judge in Florida ruled that the ACA was unconstitutional, bringing the whole matter one step closer to the U. S. Supreme Court. And what do most Court-watchers expect? A 5-4 decision, with Anthony Kennedy providing the deciding vote. Which way will the Reagan appointee go? Beats me. But one man -- one man -- could decide the future of health care in America.
