Ron Johnson (Wisconsin) opposes government subsidies, but his company accepted grants to build a rail spur to a manufacturing plant.
Rand Paul (Kentucky) has advocated deep cuts in spending, but wants to end cuts in Medicare and Medicaid payments to physicians -- he is an eye surgeon.
And Ken Buck (Colorado) campaigns against earmarks, but asked his congresswoman for earmarks for a variety of law enforcement programs as Weld County district attorney.
